I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, from the theatres to JFK airport in a great NYC neighbourhood. I was impressed by the quality of service, which ranged from dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a range of amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities. The restaurant and bar area provided a great spot to start my day with a delicious continental breakfast, or unwind after a busy day. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the doorman to the front hall reception to the maid offering turn down service. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities including full body massage, foot massage, back massage and head massage or relaxing in the library.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends without any hesitation.
